The Environmental Law Consultancy (“The ELC”) exists to service the need for a single agency which has an understanding of, and expertise in, the application of both legal and environmental principles. The ELC is able to assist and advise on the application of environmental management principles and on the application  and interpretation of the law applicable to environmental management. The ELC is also able to service the needs of parties wanting to keep abreast of changes in environmental law.
