TRANSfer

Overview The new TRANSfer project aims to enable decision-makers in developing countries to develop climate change strategies in the transport sector to be registered as Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions – so called NAMAs. The NAMA concept was finally agreed on at the 16th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Cancún, Mexico in December 2010.
