Our systems provide simple, sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions to the recovery and cleansing of grey water resulting in a dramatic reduction in water consumption. We provide both, off-the-shelf and custom designed systems for larger installations.

Our solutions use a natural biological process that provides an environment for bacteria to flourish. The bacteria in turn breakdown the soaps and organics in the used water converting it to clean water ideal for irrigation or reuse. The chemical free, biological treatment system consists of an aerated bioreactor made from locally recycled plastic materials. It is compact and inconspicuous and can be sited on any level surface or buried depending on site conditions. It is modular so it can be upgraded and/or easily resited should the need arise. The system is designed to operate automatically, basic maintenance can be done by the owner. Running costs are kept to a minimum using energy efficient components by collecting the water from every bath, shower, hand basin and clothes washing machine. This water is then filtered and used to irrigate your garden.

Black water (Sewage) treatment plants

Submerged Fixed-Film Aeration Treatment is a tried and tested method for treating raw sewage. The bioreactors contain a high surface area media on which the bacteria grow and perform the necessary functions. Fresh air is introduced into the system using pumps and venturis whilst our Whale Tooth Technology TM reduces the bubbles into very fine particle sizes and thus maximizing dissolved oxygen levels. Such areas could include mining and drilling camps, low-cost housing projects, golf estates, game lodges and even private residential developments.
