Sisalation not only satisfies the new energy efficient requirements set by SANS 10 400XA it also complies with SANS 428 which classifieds thermal insulation products according to their fire resistant properties. Sisalation FR430 and FR405 fire retardant grades have been tested, accredited and classified with a fire rating of B/B1/2/H&V-SP&USP – denoting approval for use in both a) horizontal roof and vertical cladding applications b) with or without an installed sprinkler system.
